Program Development and Lifecycle

ISRG groups projects into phases and utilizes a Project Management Process to ensure that teams work efficiently to obtain measurable results.

Regardless of scope or complexity, all projects go through four stages during their lifecycle:

• Initiation:  Outcomes and critical success factors are defined

• Planning: Breaking down the project into manageable parts

• Execution:  Implementation of the plan

• Exit:  Completion of the project
